Console — apply (or dry-run) a warm-pool policy
Contract identical to the /api/v1 PATCH: If-Match bare revision (missing 400 /
stale 412), Idempotency-Key required, body {policy, dryRun?} in REPLACE semantics
(full policy; omitted fields fall back to server defaults), dryRun → 200 estimate /
apply → 202. The idempotency ledger records the canonical /api/v1 path even for
console-initiated writes — the ledger cannot attribute the initiating surface (see the
API doc deviations).
