/api/eaas-console/projects/{id}/warm-pool
Console — warm-pool status projection
Same data shape as GET /api/v1/projects/{id}/warm-pool, over the session channel
(role → scopes mapping: owner/operator carry warm-pool:read). Reuse, not a copy —
the console shell adapts the session into the tenant auth context and calls the same
service functions.
