/api/eaas-console/projects/{id}/usage
Console — project metering ledger for the dashboard usage view
Same page shape as GET /api/v1/projects/{id}/usage (from/to UTC window ≤31 days,
default today; limit clamped to 500; cursor = scanned position), over the session
channel. The dashboard warm strip/usage view renders periodSpent against the
project budget and the principal budget separately.
