List the principal's conversations with the environment agent
The (principal, environment, agent) direct conversations, oldest first. Identity
provider only — an anonymous principal has no IM conversation host and answers 403
capability_denied (capability_denied is the credential-channel capability gate,
distinct from 403 scope_denied). The environment must be the session's bound one
(404 otherwise).
