/api/eaas-console/projects/{id}/billing
Console — project billing settlement projection
Same page shape as GET /api/v1/projects/{id}/billing, over the console session
channel. Rows are usage-derived and expose settlement keys for operator audit; the
dashboard renders totals and row-level settlement status from this service. Status is joined from pc_credit_transactions.fulfillment_key; no payment channel is bypassed.
